@OverTheMoonSF Good question. I would think a basic book on criminal procedure and one on civil procedure would be worthwhile. Also, befriend a criminal lawyer and a civil trial lawyer and don’t be afraid to ask questions about what filings mean, etc. — PolitiTweet.org
