I've been on Obamacare for many years. I am relatively literate. I still have no ability to forecast when I go to the doctor or hospital or pharmacy if I will have to pay out of pocket or not. I just don't know. It's a crapshoot. This is not good policy. Sorry to be a simpleton. — PolitiTweet.org
