Last year we were given the same excuse, that Parliament would need to meet to amend the rules. Parlmnt met twice after that, to rush through the farm laws, regularise ordinances &pass the budget. But rules were not amended. Now the same excuse. Whose fault is the unchanged rule? — PolitiTweet.org
