Hey horse folks: I have a horse who doesn’t like bits. I use a sidepull bridle and it works fine. She’s great when I use it, but if I use a bit we both have a bad day (Her teeth are fine). Some old timers tell me to use the bit no matter what, but I don’t see why. Any thoughts? — PolitiTweet.org
