Just based on info in this video (could be more info I haven’t seen), it looks like a guy was driving down road, vehicle was attacked, he stopped so he didn’t run over anyone, then shot a man who was violently trying to pull him from his vehicle. Did more happen before or after? — PolitiTweet.org
