Not really. Folks seeking asylum would be sent to Coahuila. The FTO designation would largely only be an issue, in this context, for Tamaulipas. (Basically south of RGV and Laredo sectors). Seekers would be bused to Piedras Negras-Eagle Pass — PolitiTweet.org

@brandondarby A whole lot of Mexican asylum applications are now going to be approved. This may be the best move yet to save asylum.
