@krystofilus Not always, but largely. Issue is that asylum laws don’t specify that ports-of-entry must be used, just that foot be on US soil. Executive branch doesn’t pass laws, that’s Congress. So “new” law specifying “must be ports of entry” isn’t really law. — PolitiTweet.org
