4. The tornado crossed the interstate between Tulia and Happy, Texas. I pulled off just miles behind and was able to see it when lightening flashed. I watched it dissipate. So I was able to see the birth of that tornado and its farewell nearly 3 hours later, over 100 miles away. — PolitiTweet.org
