3. Ultimately, a barrier in itself is not the end goal. When someone needs chemotherapy, getting the treatment is not the end goal. The end goal is to stop or reduce cancer cells. The “wall” is a treatment aimed at stopping or reducing Mexican cartels power. — PolitiTweet.org
