@PoPville 2 mopeds were zooming around the little park outside The Line Hotel, jumping onto sidewalks & swerving through traffic. The one in chase had a man & woman on it. The woman seemed to think onlookers could assist them in apprehending the person they were chasing (also on a moped) — PolitiTweet.org
