@ZachMaher3 It’s largely dependent on the mail - the clerks process the application and the mail house mails it out within ~24 hours. That said, no absentee ballots could be mailed out before July 21, and there is a ton to be processed at the beginning, so that might explain a delay now. — PolitiTweet.org
