This is just flat out wrong. Hate speech is protected. And on espousing violence, government can only narrowly regulate speech meant to incite imminent unlawful action threatening someone’s physical safety. That a U.S. Senator doesn’t understand the First Amendment is troubling. — PolitiTweet.org
