The hilarious thing about this is that Greenland's name comes from 1,000-year-old spin. Erik The Red, an Icelandic murderer who was exiled to the island, called it “Greenland” in hopes that the name would attract settlers. Effective spin apparently never stops fooling people. — PolitiTweet.org
