@TheTJHelm Not a substitute at all — and they say they’ll help refer you to a therapist or psychiatrist. But given both in DC are usually not taking new patients OR insurance I think it’s helpful for a medical practice to fully include mental healthcare as “healthcare.” — PolitiTweet.org
