@LAPDHQ People illegally blocking traffic are not exercising their 1st Amendment rights. They did not have a permit to do that and should have been arrested. When you do nothing, you potentially endanger lives, especially if emergency vehicles are blocked. Do your job. Enforce the law. — PolitiTweet.org
