On a dark day, a sliver of light: Congress has passed the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act - 1st fed gun law in 28(!) years. Its provisions- mental health funding; stopping abusers from buying guns; tougher checks for anyone under 21 - and more- will save lives. It’s a start. — PolitiTweet.org
