Real cuts in this law include major drop box cuts for urban counties, a significantly shortened mail voting period, many fewer mandatory days of early voting in runoffs. And the state gets vastly increased powers over counties. The "5 pm" non-thing is an odd thing to talk about. — PolitiTweet.org
