Question: if Johnson resigns as Tory leader, would he be able to fill the vacant Ministerial posts whilst he continued as PM until the Conservative Party selected a new leader? Or are we now at the stage that he has to go immediately as PM & an interim PM (Raab?) is put in place? — PolitiTweet.org
