This is what I wrote a month ago about the Budget. The OBR will reduce borrowing numbers, the Chancellor will be fiscally cautious, there won’t be much on tax, departments won’t face real term cuts. The rabbit out of the hat? A cut in the UC taper rate. We’ll find out tomorrow. — PolitiTweet.org
