The problem for the UK Government is that it agreed and legislated for the NIP (explicitly including a role for CJEU) in 2019. Saying that “objecting to the CJEU’s role isn’t a new point, this has been our principled position since July 2021” really isn’t a very impressive point. — PolitiTweet.org
