To be fair, the Government has got a lot a better in not over-promising but all the talk of 'March being a big month', 'bumper weeks' & 'doubling the rates of vaccination' raised expectations which (for whatever reason) look unlikely to be met. Frustrating for us 49 year olds! — PolitiTweet.org

This now looks unrealistic. At that predicted rate, all over-40s would have been offered first dose by end of March/early April. This now might not happen until May (with increase in 2nd doses in April). Even so, huge progress has been made. — PolitiTweet.org
