I'm no engineer, but running the bulk of a city's power through lines crossing a river in a hurricane prone area and NOT having a backup way to quickly restore power seems ... i dunno, negligent. At a minimum a you problem, not a me problem when it comes to paying for fixes — PolitiTweet.org
