@ashponders In 93 I had a one bedroom on Claiborne ave in Oakland, next to the collapsed on ramp. 500, furnished, utilities included. BUT the upstairs neighbors every friday didn’t their pay checks on crack and would party for 18 hours listening to Boston non stop. NON STOP — PolitiTweet.org
