Hell, I can’t think of a journalist on twitter who hasn’t accidentally retweeted a story that was years old, or based on garbage “polling” done by an industry, or sensationalist headlines not backed up by the story, etc. if we can falter, think how hard it is for civilians — PolitiTweet.org
