@jeffjarvis I’ve thought that from the start. A leak from the left makes no strategic sense. The WSJ and Alito draft being leaked could have been to freeze Kavanaugh and/or Barrett in place since the Court has been a 3/3/3 split at times, with Roberts the institutionalist urging caution. — PolitiTweet.org
