@Cat223L Some SCOTUS decisions are looked back on as having been mistakes. Ironically, 2000 was clearly the “judicial activism” that conservatives decry. The Constitution is clear that states determine their own elections, which is why Scotus decided the way it did today. — PolitiTweet.org
