When Barr talks about those who “plotted” these protests, it suggests the protests are “bad.” Was there some looting? Yes & of course it should be dealt with. But that’s a tiny aspect of what has occurred here. And most disruption has come from right wing, not left wing agitators — PolitiTweet.org
