I was in London years ago on a very hot day & one thing that hurts the Brits in heat is they keep up the British propriety. When it’s 40c you can ditch the pants, sleeves, dark colors etc! Yes I was the big dumb American in khaki shorts, sandals & Under Armour…but I was cool 😎 — PolitiTweet.org
