@returnofthegoth My husband and I start almost every day with a walk (even in winter). Evening too when we can. It’s great for our connection + health. Admittedly light exercise but it’s a baseline at least. I also try to work in yoga but I’ve failed to fully reestablish that habit post-pandemic. — PolitiTweet.org
