I agree with General @MarkHertling. I believe the quickest way to end the war is to defeat Russian forces in Ukraine. @POTUS showed perhaps an even faster and better way: make Putin fear that he will not remain in power. That will also get Putin to the negotiating table. — PolitiTweet.org
