One reason we want Don McGahn to testify under oath is because the Obstruction of Justice law is broad. A person is guilty merely for "endeavoring" to obstruct justice with corrupt intent. Giving an order to obstruct justice violates the law even if the order is not carried out. — PolitiTweet.org
