@aagave Netflix is good at telling me there are other Netflix shows to watch, but not at surfacing other stuff. But that helps retention. You don’t download a new app bc it has UI; you go to watch a show or movie you can’t watch on the services you have. — PolitiTweet.org

@aagave Netflix design and engineering chops are certainly useful! For instance, Netflix *always* works well on my TCL Roku; HBO, Amazon, Apple and everyone else are eratic at best. But when I want to watch succession I watch it on HBO even tho the app is no bueno. — PolitiTweet.org
