@zeynep Yeah I'm not arguing that the social distancing measures in schools are good or necessary - I really don't know (I do know my child *hates* them because it makes school feel more like detention). @zeynep Otoh I keep hearing that nyc is going to change its shutdown rules wrt to testing - currently schools are shut for 10 days if there are two unconnected cases, which makes it nearly impossible to keep schools open for any length. So if - big if -they can change that.... — PolitiTweet.org
