btw I was also surprised that the 3 times I connected with Verizon - twice online, once on phone - they kept trying to sell me an iPhone 11 before they would talk to me about the plans. I'm sure they are incented to sell high-end phones but I assumed the plans were their real biz — PolitiTweet.org
