@MxAshRuaridh @rosieatlarge I've knit many a sweater with worsted weight tweed yarn that is SPUN. Singles are fine if spun & depending on fiber. Though in stockinette, the fabric may bias depending upon how it is spun. Mostly can be blocked out but sometimes not. This is less an issue with aran patterns. — PolitiTweet.org
