@ProfMJCleveland It is a novel factual posture; other cases in 11th have been as to appointment (or non-appointment) of SM in an existing case. I'd be interested to see any caselaw to the effect that it's a "final" order to enter a routine case management order like this. I only looked @ 11th Cir — PolitiTweet.org
