The rules seem to allow the Senate to do BBB plus another reconciliation bill before the midterms, but it'd mean getting Manchin on board with a new (or perhaps revised) budget resolution first. If he's this reluctant to do one major Dems-only bill post-ARP, don't bet on two. — PolitiTweet.org
