Apparently in these dark times it’s not OK to give someone a simple complement. Even a nice comment about, say, their eyes. I just found out that you can’t even go up to a stranger and say “You have gorgeous eyes. I wish I was the size of a gnat & could bathe in them.” — PolitiTweet.org
