I've slept 3 hours total since Tuesday night, following my back surgery on Wednesday. I'm just in so much pain… I can't fall asleep. I just wait until I'm so tired that i can't keep my eyes open despite the pain, & pass out—until my pain meds wear off 3 hours later 🙃 & repeat… — PolitiTweet.org
