And yes, it *is* impossibly difficult to access illegal care if you are paying out of pocket AND can't work. I make less than $10k/year doing activism because it's needed & that's all I can really do. Almost all my income goes to medical care. I'd be unhoused if not for friends — PolitiTweet.org
