There's no butter or browned butter flavor of course, but mayo works really well with grilled bread flavor regardless. Havarti cheese melts really well, but is subtle in flavor. I only use it for grilled cheese if I'm serving it with soup. On sale from @Costco for about $5/pound — PolitiTweet.org
