Don't know how I missed newsl Mark Plotkin, Peck's blab boy of DC politics, died last Sept. at 72. Last time I saw him was a few days after funeral of our friend Jim Baumbach in Philadelphia in 2014. As only Mark could, he complimented me on " your giving the funeral oration." — PolitiTweet.org
