@slymmpickens Congressional hearing witnesses are not protected from making a accusations publicly, as Hiss Case, Valachi hearing etc. show. When Hiss denied knowing "a man named Whitaker Chambers," they were brought face to face & he then claimed he did know him but by another name. (Ha!). — PolitiTweet.org
