The murder rate was up 30% in 2020 from 2019. Just because you aren’t seeing violence on the news as much in the form of mass shootings - it does NOT mean gun violence is not happening. A gun was used in some form in 77% of murders last year and there were record gun sales. — PolitiTweet.org
