@pearkes agree it wont last other thing ive been thinking about is how inventory isnt going to free up just because fed is raising rates — for one, prices arent coming down fast enough (guessing 12-18 months) and also people dont want to sell their low % mortgage to buy into this mkt — PolitiTweet.org
