@krnlsndrs @sshconnection @zachklein yeah someone generously explained to me a bit ago that basically they are valued at that new price, which can be lower than what you were offered thay initially but not “underwater” — meaning, your total comp just ended up in the toilet if stock is a big part of it — PolitiTweet.org
