when i was a kid and dumb i preferred dad to carve PRN (as needed) and usually went for the drumstick or breast now as an older wiser man i carve it all and separate dark and white into two separate platters, leaving larger bits intact (thigh, drum) also dark meat = superior — PolitiTweet.org
