@jamescmlin if the forced cap made the entire biz model unprofitable for SF then they’d stop operating here. clearly it’s something specific to treasure island — likely density and distance — so that means they cut it. I’m guessing uber\govt find some flexibility on cap in that region — PolitiTweet.org
