I can walk for blocks with my dog's poop in a bag and find nowhere to toss it, so usually have to bring it back home to my trash can. most people dont even do that, and just leave their dogs crap on the ground. — PolitiTweet.org

@MattHaneySF to be fair, i appreciate the point from Public works saying people misuse cans, and that's a pain. but taking away all the cans seems like an insane response to that issue. it's not like the garbage goes away. people just start throwing waste on the ground! — PolitiTweet.org
