@Megan here’s my basic understanding: they guaranteed an X minimum wage to drivers if the delivery doesn’t meet that amount, the company looks to the tip if there’s no tip, DD pays the amount to meet the wage minimum If there IS a tip, DD uses some or all of that tip to meet the min — PolitiTweet.org
